Benzo THEODORE

Born in Washington, D.C., Benzo Theodore was attracted to photography at an
early age. In 1994 Benzo enrolled at the University of California to study photography. His teacher introduced him to Spike Jonze,
which led to an internship and a camera department gig on Jonze's feature debut, Being John Malkovich followed then by Adaptation.
Benzo's photographic skills and run-and-gun versatility was just what Jackass
Needed, therefore he became a photographer and videographer for MTV's infamous Jackass.
His advertising debut was a wildly successful YouTube video for Ray Ban resulted in a viral campaign for the brand. Benzo's Ray
Ban viral has won at various festivals including Cannes, AICP and the D&AD awards.
